Learning and Development

Talent is JiuXi Testing's most critical core competency. We offer not just a job opportunity, but also a platform where career growth can truly thrive. To ensure that new hires gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and quickly integrate into the team—while simultaneously completing the necessary training and assessments for their specific roles—we’ve developed a comprehensive onboarding system designed to help them adapt to the work environment and build harmonious interpersonal relationships.

Onboarding Training

Onboarding Training

Within one month of joining the company, new employees will receive training covering topics such as company culture, technical services, organizational structure, rules and regulations, employee benefits, and system usage.

New Employee Training

New Employee Training

After new employees join their positions, the department head will develop a training plan tailored specifically for them. The plan will cover essential safety guidelines for the work environment, provide detailed instructions on equipment functionality and usage manuals, and outline the skills required for each specific role. This ensures that new colleagues can quickly grasp the technical overview and gain a clear understanding of key job responsibilities.

On-the-job training

On-the-job training

After successfully completing their probationary period, new employees will participate in regular, cyclical competency assessments. These systematic evaluations help identify areas where individual skills may be lacking, allowing for targeted reinforcement, enhancement, or specialized training. Training methods include classroom sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and hands-on practice. As a result, colleagues’ professional capabilities will continuously improve through this ongoing cycle of assessment and development.
